Personal Data Protection

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), has provided real persons whose personal data are processed (“Relevant Person”, “Applicant”) with the opportunity to apply to data controllers in accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL and to make requests regarding their rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL.

With this form, MANİVELA MEDYA REKLAM ORGANİZASYON SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ “Manivela Ventures” or “Company” as the data controller, we aim to fulfill the requests to be submitted to us by the Applicant in order to exercise the relevant rights under the PDPL in accordance with the PDPL and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (“Communiqué”).

In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 4 of the Communiqué, applications must be made in Turkish in order to benefit from the right to apply to the data controller.

Procedure for your application to Manivela Ventures


  • If you apply in writing in person: You can hand-deliver the printout of the application form, which is filled in completely, clearly states the request and includes your wet signature, to Manivela Ventures business address, ETİLER MAH. CENGİZ TOPEL CAD. TUĞCULAR SOK.NO.6 BEŞİKTAŞ.


  • If you apply through a notary public: You can send the printout of the application form, which is filled in completely, clearly states the request and includes your wet signature, to the Manivela Ventures workplace address, ETİLER MAH. CENGİZ TOPEL CAD. TUĞCULAR SOK.NO.6 BEŞİKTAŞ address through a notary public by writing “Information Request in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” on the notification envelope.


  • If you apply with your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure signature, mobile signature or your electronic mail address previously notified to Manivela Ventures and registered in Manivela Ventures' systems: You can send the application form, which includes your secure electronic signature, filled in completely and clearly stating the request, to Manivela Ventures by e-mail to info@manivelaventures.com by writing the description “Information Request in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data” in the subject section of the e-mail.

Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 13 of the LPPD, the Applicant's request contained in the application form submitted to Manivela Ventures by using one of the methods described above shall be finalised as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the date of receipt of the request by Manivela Ventures, and Manivela Ventures' response to the request shall be notified to the Applicant in writing or electronically in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL.

Requests submitted to Manivela Ventures will be finalised free of charge, and if the response to the application is given in writing, Manivela Ventures may charge 1 TL for each page above the first ten pages, and if the response is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, a fee not exceeding the cost of the recording medium may be requested from the Applicant. If the application is caused by Manivela Ventures' error, the fee charged will be refunded to the Applicant.

The Applicant's request is accepted or rejected by Manivela Ventures by explaining the reasons. The response to the application is notified to the Applicant in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, Manivela Ventures shall fulfil the requirement.

Pursuant to the By-Law on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data, we remind you that Manivela Ventures is obliged to record all transactions regarding the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of personal data and to keep the relevant records for at least 3 years, excluding other legal obligations.

In order for Manivela Ventures to properly evaluate the Applicant's request, to carry out the necessary research and to make an appropriate return to the Applicant, the information or documents requested below or the information or documents that may be requested additionally after the application must be submitted to Manivela Ventures in full. In the event that Manivela Ventures is unable to carry out the necessary research due to incomplete or incorrect information or documents, the Applicant accepts that he/she bears all kinds of responsibility.

3. Your Request Pursuant to Article 11 of PDPL

Please include the request subject(s) appropriate to your application in the content of the e-mail and state your request within the scope of PDPL in detail and clearly.
